Lea Bank is a timber-framed cottage that dates back to 1641, although parts of it are from the 16th century. The building features plaster infilling, with the west end being weather-boarded. It has a tiled roof and small casement windows, along with a large gabled porch. The cottage is two storeys high and has three windows.
