Description

Hackwoods Farmhouse is a 17th-century or earlier timber-framed building. The ground floor has been refaced with red brick, while the upper portion is tile-hung. A moulded bressummer suggests a former overhang. The roof is hipped and tiled. The building has casement windows, two storeys and an attic. It features four windows and two gabled dormers.
