Description

Great Knelle is an 18th-century house situated on Whitebread Lane in Beckley. It is a two-storey and attic building with a symmetrical five-window front and three dormers. The house is constructed of painted brick and has a tiled roof, with original glazing bars remaining in the windows. A porch with Doric columns, a pediment, a semicircular fanlight, and a six-panelled door sits at the head of seven steps. Inside, the house retains a good staircase.
