Hobbs Farmhouse is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features two windows. The exterior is tile-hung, and it has a tiled roof. Both floors have two bays without glazing bars. There is a 19th-century L-shaped wing to the northeast, constructed of red brick.
