Description

Nos 89 and 90 on High Street are early 18th-century houses constructed of red brick. They are two stories tall with attics and feature five double-hung sash windows, each set in surrounds with glazing bars, sills, and flat arches. The ground floor has a 19th-century shop front. Above the first-floor windows, there is a decorative band, and the building is topped with a wide modillion and cyma recta cornice. The roof is covered with old tiles and includes four box dormers. These houses are part of a group that includes Nos 84 to 92.
