Description

This is a headstone dedicated to William Mew, located 1.5 meters southwest of the monument to Mary Skinner at All Saints' Church in Freshwater. It dates from around 1748 and features a rounded top, which is flanked by skulls. In the center, there is a heavenly crown surrounded by willow fronds.
