Description

Belmore House is a late 18th century building that was altered in the mid 19th century, located at No. 11 Queens Road in West Cowes. It is a two-storey structure with a stucco exterior and a hipped slate roof, featuring a cornice and parapet. The façade includes five sash windows, each framed with moulded architraves and retaining their glazing bars. There is a porch adorned with a triglyph frieze, and the doorcase is also framed with a moulded architrave, topped by a rectangular fanlight above a six-panelled door.
