Description

The stables to the Stud House, originally listed as Stables, Hampton Court Park, date from the early 18th century. They are constructed of brown brick with red dressings and feature a pitched roof covered with graduated green slates. The west elevation is ten windows wide and consists of two storeys with four doors spaced at intervals. The stables have casement windows and bracketed eaves. The eastern elevation has been stuccoed and now includes garage entrances below. It is reported that some of the stalls remain intact inside to the south, and the roof structure is still present.
