The houses at 1 and 3 Bath Road form part of the original Bedford Park development, dating from approximately 1875 to 1885. These picturesque-style houses are predominantly three storeys high, constructed of red brick and tile, with gabled roofs and dormers. Number 1 and 3 Bath Road feature a modillion eaves cornice and single-storeyed bays with flat door hoods. A pier marks the front gardens.
