Description
The Scout Hall, also known as Maiden's Bridge Cottages, is a small, one-storey building constructed in 1848, as indicated by a stone plaque above the porch. It is made of yellow brick and features a blank gable end facing the road. The roof is covered with large slates. The building has a gabled porch with a Tudor arched entrance, and both gables are stone-coped. The door is also Tudor arched and set in a chamfered reveal. On the north side, there are three windows with small-paned casements, all in chamfered reveals. The Scout Hall, along with Nos 4 to 7 (consecutive) of Maiden's Bridge Cottages, forms a group.
