Description

The terrace at 21-31 Marlborough Crescent dates to around 1882 and was likely designed by E J May. It comprises a group of red brick houses; number 27 is rendered. They have tiled roofs and are arranged over two storeys and attics. A bay window is supported by brackets to the ground storey. The entrances are simply arched. Dutch gables, mostly rendered, are visible on the roofline of numbers 21, 25, 27, and 31.
