Description

The building at 35 Marlborough Crescent is a house dating to approximately 1882. The architect is unknown, but it was likely designed by either E J May or M B Adams. It is a low, two-story house constructed primarily of brick with tile hanging above, and features a tiled roof. A projecting gable is positioned over a bow window. There is an entrance porch, and an addition exists to the west. Brick piers define the front garden.
