Description

Nos 12 and 13, South Parade, are a pair of buildings dating to around 1882, likely designed by E J May. They are constructed of red brick with tiled roofs. The buildings are two storeys high with attics. Each end features a Dutch gable. The central section has single-storey bays. A brick band runs along the first floor. The roofs are hipped, with large, flat-topped dormers; the roof of No 13 has been altered.
