Description

Four gate piers and wrought iron railings, dating from the 18th century, are located on Shire Lane in Farnborough. These features originally belonged to High Elms, which has since been demolished. The gate piers are made of stone and are connected by curved stone bases along with wrought iron railings. The wrought iron gates are included in this structure. The two central piers are topped with antique arms, each featuring a head of Medusa, and there are oval medallions on each pier.
