Description
Layhams House, located on Layhams Road in West Wickham, dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. This L-shaped building features a ground floor that is faced with flint and has red brick dressings, while the first floor is tile hung. The roof is hipped and tiled, with one hipped dormer. The front elevation includes three sash windows with intact glazing bars and a central hipped weather porch. The side elevation has four sash windows, also with intact glazing bars.
