Description

This is an 1883-84 house in Lyndhurst, built by Ernest Newton for his own use. It is a substantial building, picturesquely designed, with two main storeys and an additional storey within a tiled roof. The walls are of red brick, with the upper part tile-hung and featuring timbering to two front gables. It has small-paned casement windows and includes one and two-storeyed bays at the rear.
