Description

St Andrew's Church School, built around 1890 by James Brooks, is a long range of church school buildings that have a picturesque appearance. The complex consists of two buildings with a total of 20 bays facing the street, mostly single storey, with the end two bays raised to two storeys. A raised entrance arch and gable are highlighted in the roof by a tall bell-cote. The buildings are faced with red brick and feature timber mullioned and transomed windows in a Gothic style.
