Description

The steps and balustrades to the southern part of the Memorial of the 1851 Exhibition are located on the north side of Prince Consort Road in the City of Westminster. Built in 1863, the structure is made of Portland stone. The balustrade is topped with a pair of lamp standards and is an integral part of the Memorial to the 1851 Exhibition.
