Description
The Statue of the Duke of Cambridge is an equestrian statue located in Whitehall, Westminster. It was created in 1907 by sculptor Captain Adrian Jones, with the pedestal designed by John Belcher in collaboration with Jones. The statue is made of bronze and depicts the Duke as Commander-in-Chief, standing on a granite pedestal that features bronze plaques at each end. The pedestal has a deep plinth and a crowning entablature.
