Description

A terraced house, dating from circa 1822, located in Regent's Park, London. Originally designed by Decimus Burton as the Regent’s Arms public house, it was later altered into a residential property. The building is constructed of stucco with a slate roof and extends over three storeys, featuring a three-window facade. The doorway and ground floor windows are set within elliptical arched recesses. The first-floor windows are glazing bar sashes set within a shallow blind arcade, while the second floor has plain glazing bar sashes. A cornice runs above the ground floor, and a crowning cornice is complemented by a balustraded parapet. Anthemion-patterned cast iron balconettes are present on the first floor.
