No. 8 Queen Street is a mid-18th century terrace house located in the City of Westminster. The building is constructed of brown brick with a channelled stucco ground floor and features a slate roof. It stands four storeys tall, plus a basement, and is two windows wide. To the right, there is an architrave doorcase topped with a cornice hood supported by console brackets. The ground floor sash window has a flat voussoired arch with channelling, while the upper floors are adorned with stucco architraves. The second floor has eared architraves with bracketed sills, and the first floor features cornices on consoles. A sill band is present on the third floor, along with a crowning cornice and blocking course.
