Description
The building comprises a row of dwelling houses at numbers 6 to 16 Cornwall Gardens, built between 1863 and 1877. It is likely designed by Thomas Cundy III, who acted as surveyor for the estate. The houses are four storeys high, with an attic and basement, and each has a front of three windows. The exterior is stuccoed, with channelled detailing to the ground floor. Ionic porches are present. A continuous balustrade runs along the first floor. Decorative cornices with consoles are positioned above the first and second floor windows, and some centre windows have pediments. The third-floor windows are segmented headed. A dentil cornice is located above the third floor. Original area railings are also present. The building forms part of the wider Cornwall Gardens layout.
