Description

This stucco-faced terrace comprises the buildings at 44, 45, and 46 Queen's Gate. Constructed between 1859 and 1860, the terrace is four storeys high with a basement and an attic. Each building has ornamental cast iron balconies on all five floors. The ground floor features porticos, and the balconies above are in a crinoline shape, supported by heavily carved and enriched console brackets. Each house has an enriched segmental pediment to its cornice, and the terrace is fronted by cast iron area railings.
