Description
This is an early to mid-19th century house located on Pembroke Square. It forms part of one of three terraces that make up the square. The house is three storeys high and two windows wide. The exterior is a mix of yellow brick and stucco, with a parapet to the roof. Number 45 has a fully stuccoed facade, and number 37 features stucco architraves. Some houses in the terrace have had additional storeys added.
