House. Circa 1770. Three storeys and dormers. Three windows. Brown brick. Red brick quoins. Red gauged flat arches and dressings to window. Large hooded and glazed balcony added across first floor. Return 3-window front to Beaufort Street has centre Palladian windows at ground and first floor with large semi-circular window above, and 2 storey north addition with bow windows to ground and first floor.
