Description
This is a large five-storey house built in 1886-7 on Cadogan Square, designed by Sir Ernest George for T. A. de la Rue. It is considered the most elaborately decorated house in the square. The exterior is red brick with terra-cotta dressings and ornamental brick carvings, featuring leaded windows with mullions to transoms. The façade includes two three-storey bay windows; the one on the right is square, while the one on the left is splayed and has a tented copper roof. The interior has not been inspected as part of the listing process.
