Description

Nos 54 to 66 on Cromwell Road are a terrace of stuccoed houses built in the mid to late 19th century. The terrace consists of five storeys and a basement, with each house featuring three windows on the upper floors. The houses have coupled Corinthian porches and canted bay windows on the ground, first, and second floors. The first-floor windows have balustraded balconies, and there are pediments above the central windows on the first floor. A cornice runs above the third floor, with a main cornice featuring a rich frieze above the top floor. The properties are enclosed by cast iron area railings and are part of a group with Nos 68-86 and 59-76 Cromwell Road.
