No. 12, Pembridge Square is a large, detached house dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of stucco and is three windows wide, with three storeys plus a basement and attic. The architectural style is florid classical. The central entrance is flanked by two-storey canted bay windows. A notable feature is the elaborate dormers. The building was designed as part of a unified scheme with Nos. 6-11 and 13-35, Pembridge Square (Nos. 19-22 being located within Westminster).
