Description

12 and 13 King's Bench Walk are early to mid 19th century buildings that stand four storeys tall, plus a basement. They feature a simple classical design made of Bath stone, with a channelled ground storey and a cornice just below the top floor. The buildings have a central bay window that spans the full height, along with another bay window on the south return. There are notable area railings and lamp brackets at the plain entrances. These buildings are included for their group value.
