Description
3 Little Britain, also known as Franklin House, and 2 Little Britain is a late 19th-century former office building designed in a 'Tudor' style. It has four main storeys and is composed of five bays, featuring grey brick and terracotta materials. The ground floor is finished in painted terracotta, with entrances located in the outer bays beneath three-centred arches. The upper part of the building is decorated with moulded shafts and string courses, and it includes a band of diaper work with Tudor rose ornamentation above the second-floor windows. The facade is capped with a central round-headed gable.
