Description
The Greyhound Public House is a late 18th century or early 19th century establishment. It features a four-window range across two storeys, constructed of red brick with a plain-tiled roof. The building has modillion eaves and a parapet gable at the west end, which is topped with a weathervane. The windows are small-pane sash types, each with gauged brick flat arches and flush frames. The central entrance door has four panels and is flanked by panelled pilasters, topped with a flat canopy. There is also a range of attached early 19th century outbuildings, which are partly made of flint and brick, and partly timber-framed and rendered, all with plain-tiled roofs and casement windows.
