Description

The Rose and Crown Public House is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered building that has been renovated in the 20th century. It features panelled pargetting and stands two storeys high with a three-window range, showcasing casement windows with glazing bars from the 18th and 20th centuries. The roof is tiled, and there is an old red brick square chimney stack. The Rose and Crown Public House is part of a group that includes Wheatsheaf Cottage, Nos 112A and 113A, No 112, and the Post Office and stores.
