Description

Hill House is a 17th-century timber-framed and plastered house, featuring 18th-century or early 19th-century red brick wings at the rear on the west side, along with a red brick semi-circular addition at the south end. The building has two storeys and attics, with mainly double-hung sash windows that include glazing bars, although some 20th-century casements are present on the front. The roof is tiled on the east block and covered with slate on the rear wings. A red brick chimney stack with a diagonal shaft is located on the main block.
