Description

The Church of St Leonard is a flint and stone church that dates back to the 12th century, with the nave and chancel being from the 15th century. The south door is from the 12th century and features one order of shafts with scalloped capitals and zig-zag ornamentation on the arch. There is also a blocked Norman door on the north side of the church. The windows have been restored in the 19th or 20th century. The roof is tiled and includes a weatherboarded bell turret. Inside, there are mural tablets dedicated to the Berkleys, dated 1751 and 1764.
