Church Farmhouse is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house. It has two storeys and features casement windows. The entrance includes a four-panel door topped with a cornice. The roof is tiled and has a red brick chimney stack with a diagonal shaft. Church Farmhouse is part of a group that includes The Long Cottage, Elm Lea, 13, 14, and 14A.
