Description
The Plumber's Arms is an early 19th-century red brick house located on Wickham Street in Denston. It stands two storeys high with attics and features a three-window range, showcasing double-hung sash windows with glazing bars set in cased frames. The entrance includes a six-panel door with glazed upper panels. The roof is tiled and has a mansard design, complete with three gabled dormers. At the rear, there is a 19th-century wing that has a three-window range on the first storey and four on the ground storey, including one three-light canted bay window. The Plumber's Arms, along with Brooklyn House, Street Farmhouse, Manor Cottage, Crabb House, and Brookhouse Farmhouse, forms a group within the Parish of Wickhampton.
