Description

No. 51 Theatre Street is a late 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic and features three dormers at the rear. The structure is constructed of red brick and has a painted stone cornice. It is topped with tiles and has a plinth. The front facade includes three sash windows, which now only have central glazing bars. There is a six-panel fielded door and a wooden porch supported by Doric fluted columns, which are adorned with triglyphs and a dentil cornice, along with a panelled soffit. To the right, there is an advanced wing that has a stepped parapet with a moulded capping and a blank recess with a segmental head.
