Description

No. 48 Earsham Street is likely an 18th-century building designed in an L-plan. It is constructed of red brick with gauged flat arches, and part of it is rendered and lined. The building features a plinth and a combination of tiles and pantiles on the roof. The front gable has a tumbled foot, and there is a flush frame sash window with glazing bars. The entrance is located at an angle and has a fielded lower panel on the door.
