Description

No. 17 Trinity Street is an 18th-century, two-storey building constructed of red brick with a pantile roof and corbelled brick eaves. The facade features two windows and a central painted dummy window, all with sash designs that include glazing bars, flush frames, and flat arches. The entrance boasts a six-panel wooden door set within a case that has panelled reveals, an eared architrave, a frieze, and a cornice, topped by a lozenged fanlight. To the right, there is a slightly recessed two-storey wing that includes a painted dummy window on the ground floor and brickwork accented with dark headers. No. 17 is part of a group that includes Nos. 1 to 19 (odd).
