Description

The Kings Head Inn is an 18th-century timber-framed and plastered building located on Bures Road in Great Cornard. It has two storeys and features a four-window range. The upper storey windows are two and three-light leaded casements, while the ground storey windows are double-hung sashes, mostly with glazing bars. There are two six-panel doors that have plain pilasters and a cornice. At the rear, there is a gabled wing that projects out. The roof is tiled and includes cut and shaped ornamental bargeboards at both the north and south ends.
