Description

The Pink House is a building with origins dating back to the 15th century. It features an open hall, a cross wing, and a cellar below, with alterations made in the 17th century. The structure has two storeys and is timber framed and plastered, with a projecting upper storey in the cross wing. The windows are mostly mullion and transom casement types, with the ground floor displaying three-light leaded windows. The entrance includes a five-panel door with a wooden case. Inside, there is a well-crafted inserted moulded ceiling beam in the hall, and one ground floor room is adorned with Jacobean panelling.
