Oak Studs is a timber-framed and plastered building dating from the 18th to 19th century, featuring a thatched roof. It has been renovated and consists of one storey with attics. The building has a two-window range of small casements and a central boarded door, which is sheltered by a modern thatched open porch. Additionally, there is a central ridge chimney stack.
