Little Greys is a timber-framed building dating from the 16th to 17th century, which has been encased in white brick during the 19th century. It stands two storeys high and features a four-window range of double-hung sashes that do not have glazing bars. At the center of the front, there is a hipped tiled porch that projects outward. The roof is also hipped and tiled, with a central Tudor chimney stack and a fireplace located on the ground storey.
