Description

Ennals Farmhouse is a timber-framed and plastered building dating from the 16th to 17th century, featuring a cross wing at the south end and a tiled roof. It stands two storeys high, with the upper storey jettied at the front. The upper storey has a three-window range of double-hung sashes with glazing bars, while other windows include some casements. There is one gabled dormer on the front and a ridge chimney stack with four grouped square shafts that are joined at the top. The porch displays the date 1655 inscribed on the lintel.
