Description

No 6 High Street is a 15th to 16th century timber-framed and plastered building featuring twin gables on the front and a tiled roof. It has been restored and renovated and stands two storeys tall. The upper storey juts out at the front, supported by exposed joists, with the timber-framing also visible. There are two ranges of leaded casement windows, although the ground storey windows are modern restorations. The front gables are adorned with cut and shaped ornamental bargeboards from the 19th century.
