Description

Walnut Farmhouse is probably from the early 17th or 18th century. It is stuccoed and has a steeply pitched, tiled, hipped roof. The main part of the house is two storeys with an attic, and has three windows, each with three lights. The windows are casements, and there is a modern glazed front door. Two modern, flat-roofed dormers have been added to the roof. A large brick chimney stack is centrally placed. An 18th or 19th century wing extends from the north side, featuring a lower, gable-ended, pantile roof, painted brickwork, brick dentil eaves, and modern casement windows.
