Description
The Old Rectory is a 18th-century red brick house with 19th-century alterations, located on the south side of The Green in Pulham Market. It features a hipped slate roof with bracketed eaves and stands two storeys tall with attics. The early 19th-century front has five windows, with keyblocks in flat brick arches, sashes that include margin panes, and plain cills. The central doorway is framed by a pilastered porch and a heavy entablature, with a moulded doorcase that includes a rectangular fanlight and a glazed door. The west elevation, dating from the 18th century, also has two storeys and five sash windows with thick glazing bars, while the left bay window is a 19th-century addition. Brick chimney stacks are present on the building.
