Description

Pear Tree Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-frame house that has been rendered. It features a steep pantile roof with gabled ends and an off-centre brick chimney stack. The building is two storeys high and has irregular fenestration, consisting of small original mullion windows and later casement windows. The doorway is located in front of the stack and is also off centre.
