Description

No 5 Staithe Street is a mid-19th century building that stands two stories tall and is constructed of yellow brick with a slate roof. The first floor features four sash windows that have central glazing bars, framed by stucco cases with consoles and flat cornices. On the ground floor, there is a shop on the left with a wooden case and a recessed central entrance. To the right, there is a separate entrance and a sash window, both also adorned with consoles and flat cornices. This building is part of a group with Nos 1 to 5 (odd) and No 2.
