Description

The Old Rectory is an 18th-century house located in Barsham. It is constructed of whitewashed brick with a red tile roof, and its front is arranged in an ā€œLā€ shape with a projecting wing. The garden front has four bays, featuring sash windows with glazing bars. A three-sided bow window was later added to the ground floor. The gabled return elevation has a single sash window on the ground floor and two sash windows with glazing bars on the first floor. The front entrance features a raised and fielded panelled door with glazed upper lights, set within a reeded frame. The west wing is a two-story structure with three bays, and contains sash windows with glazing bars.
